OUR FOUNDERS
Apostles Anna Velez &
Apostle Jose A. Velez Jr.
Our founders have been married for over 33 years. They are parents of 3 awesome adult children (Eddie, Fallon & Adam). Grandparents of 8 beautiful grandchildren (Micaela, Michael, Abigail, Luke, Natalia, Roman, Russell and expecting). In-laws of lovely daughters in laws and son in law (Charity, Christina and Miguel) Family has been the glue to have kept the Joy and unity in all we do. This love and unity has been extended for decades to their beloved spiritual sons and daughters as well.
Apostle Anna was formally administrative assistant in a prominent law office in the Bronx which was very instrumental in helping many get into public offices in NYC. Many that entered into pubic service as Brough Presidents, Congress, State Assembly, Mayors, and many other politicians came through her office.
Apostle Jose has been self employed since the age of 18. Has ran many successful business project in real estate, finance, sales and investing. Growing up he paid close attention to his entrepreneur father and learned many lessons on running different types of businesses. As a result has been able to work in full time ministry for going on 4 decades without drawing a salary. He has self-funded the Victory Renewal Center Retreat House in the Poconos Mountains and the Church in NYC.
During his upbringing in the dangerous times of "Fort Apache" the Bronx, he got caught up in the violence of the inner city. Confronting many life and death moments, got shot up with 7 bullet wounds all over his body. Knowing that what awaited him was death, or imprisonment, God called him to a life changing retreat in the Island of Puerto Rico 4 decades ago.
Today both Apostle Anna & Jose started their ministry helping many gang members by taking them away on a weekend retreat to help them turn their lives around. (Testimony below) Their evangelistic efforts led to thousands of transformed lives, through weekend retreats, street evangelism, mission trips, soup kitchens and pantries, prison & hospital visits, home services, etc. The growth of the evangelistic efforts led to opening up a Church in New York City. They opened a beautiful retreat house in the Poconos Mountains to bring inner city families to a weekend of transformation.
During the 21st Century worldwide pandemic they founded the virtual ministry of True Discipleship Network (TDN). They have a worldwide audience continuing to share a message of Jesus Christ leading to Salvation, Transformation, & Love worldwide. TDN & partners do strategic community outreaches to help meet the needs of many. Feeding daily thousands of children, providing educational support programming, feeding the hungry and homeless, providing farm to table food programs, toy drives, coat distributions, missions projects, marriage enrichment, and so much more
They have appeared on many television programs, radio programs, magazine, newspaper articles. Sought out national speakers, and Biblical Counselors.

Pastor Luz Ayala &
Pastor Robert Ayala
Pastors Robert and Annie (Luz) Ayala have been married since 2012. The officiant was none other than Pastor Jose Velez Jr. From the very start both have been involved in the church working in all aspects of ministry. While Pastor Robert works from the front preaching, teaching and evangelizing, Pastor Annie likes to work from behind the scenes. She loves to tend to others and she loves to cook when there are events going. She is Pastor Roberts' backbone to make sure he is ok and she is very supportive to his work with the Lord. Not to be left behind, Pastor Annie is an evangelizer in her own right, being one who will stop to speak to people she meets to pray for them or give them an encouraging word. Both are excited in working with Pastors Jose and Anna Velez and the rest of the pastoral group at True Discipleship Network.
Pastor Jorge Arroyo
Jorge Arroyo. Born in 1970. Adopted in December of 1970. Adopted by Felix Arroyo and Hilda Nieves. Graduated in 1987 from Maestro Lady High school. Studied education at the University of Puerto Rico and later at the Caribbean University. MBA in education and theology. Studied Judaism from 1998 till 2018 with Rav doctors Manuel Mendes, Rav doctor Ban Joseph at A.N.I. Hebrew culture and the Torah. Sephardic philosophy and Kabala and Talmud. Ordained ministry from Dicipulos De Cristo, Pentecostal Hispanic church and A.N.I. Founder of the Unmasking the enemy ministry. Form evangelist. Former school teacher from over 20 years. Father of 2 kids and grandfather of 3. Luz Crespo's husband.
Pastor Lois Mariam Prakash &
Pastor Mekala Prakash
Pastors Lois & Mekala Prakash have been called to the ministry for many years now. Pastor Mekala started as an Evangelist in the Indian community which is over 90% non-Christian. He married Pastor Lois going on 2 decades soon and have 2 beautiful children. They has served as a testimony to their community, of the marriage bond that exists from Jesus Christ to the Church. They have exemplified God love and provision to His bride. They are doing outreach program like (FEED INDIA) for the poor and needy people by providing them pantry. They do community outreach to win and save the lost to Jesus Christ. They are very joyful to be part of the TDN family. They serve as Pastors and Local Missionaries in India for TDN. They want to be the channel for India by True Discipleship Network.

Pastor George Wilson
Pastor George is a retired federal police officer of 34 years. He is married to Theresa Wilson and they have 3 adult children. He was Ordained as a pastor in June 2023. He has been playing Guitar for over 30 years and has been a worship leader at several different churches for the last 5 years. He loves playing, singing, and leading worship, and using his gift of music to glorify God.
Minister Susan A. Bronka
Minister Susan grew up in Little Italy in the Bronx to parents who did not know God, but she had a grandmother who took her to church and that is where she first learned about God, but she did not know the importance of having an intimate relationship with God, who Christ was or that she had a Comforter who was the Holy Spirit. Due to abuse at home, Minister Susan married at a young age, and at 29, she had a daughter, whom she loves, however, the marriage was not meant to be she divorced; and a short time later, she married for a second time, however, this marriage was not meant to be. She was trying to fill a void she felt in her heart with drugs, alcohol and ungodly relationships. Mister Susan attempted suicide due to depression, however, God spared her life because, unbeknownst to her, God had an awesome plan for her.
In 2006, Minister Susan went to her first retreat and had her first encounter with the Holy Spirit that slowly started to transform her life; and in July 2011, Minister Susan was baptized and had a deeper encounter with the Holy Spirit like never before that transformed her life. When she first became part of the Victory family, all she wanted to do was become an usher and nothing more, but she learned that when God has a plan, His plan will come to pass. It has been thirteen years since Minister Susan was baptized in Pennsylvania, and she has learned to have an intimate relationship with God, to trust in the Holy Spirit that lives within her and to call on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for all things. As she has learned to walk in obedience to the Word of the Lord, opening up her mind that she can learn the Word of the Lord by praying and asking for God’s wisdom when she reads, and seeking His will, He has opened up her heart and mind to learning the Word of the Lord in multiple translations and has learned that there is no limit to what God can do. God has blessed Minister Susan to be an usher, teacher, preacher, prayer intercessor, discipleship group leader, a women’s retreat leader and so much more. She has learned that there are no limits in God, the blessings are abundant. All she can say is “Thank you Abba Father for Your love, grace, mercy and blessings.”
